- Engineering and Design Services: We offer state of the art engineering and design services utilizing Pro Engineer, Solid Works and AutoCad as our design tools. We also offer Finite Element Analysis using Cosmos Works and Ansys (Linear and Non-Linear Analysis). Compress is our choice for pressure vessel and heat exchanger calculations and the TEMA standard is used for structural design of heat exchangers.
- Fabrication & Machining Services: R.C. Technical offers over 60,000 square feet of fabrication and machining space with 50 ton lift capacity located on 6+ acres. Our fabrication equipment and machining equipment are all modern and well maintained. Our welding capabilities encompass carbon steel to the most exotic alloys in today's market. And finally, our fabricated products (hyper link) range from large diameter pressure vessels to small weldments only inches in size.
- Field Services: Our field services group offers shutdown, turnaround and outage support for the greater Houston area. We can also provide plant maintenance services.
